Developing a community personal change conference for this summer to introduce new quantum change mastermind, management and leadership models for groups. - What are you promoting?

1) My intentional change DVD (FlippingtheJoySwitch.com) and coaching programs on personal change and leadership from the inside out. I teach you specific methods to convert from reactionary fear-driven behaviors into joy-inspired action - Now! I do it with individuals or with groups to inspire extraordinary initiative.
2) My masterminding skills: I especially love to work with visionaries to do future thinking, strategic masterminding, and quantum change projects.
2) I love to use my capacity as a speaker, trainer, and coach to help others shift their paradigms of how things work, so they become more effective even when the world around them is distorting under the pressures of high speed change.

-Produced "Flipping the Joy Switch" a movie about how to develop emotional resilience under pressure and stress. Developing an education series to follow.
- Raised two amazing young men through Varsity athletics (and a bunch of their friends).
- Grew a large and very successful relationship/network marketing business (Simplexity Heath) in a time when it was not popular - pre-Internet.
- Spearheaded the Fairhaven 1990 Task Force which changed the history of Fairhaven WA and got it out of the doldrums.
- Successfully coached elementary and middle School boys basketball programs.
- Top driver in autocross...racing an Austin-Healey Bugeyed Sprite.
- Am now preparing a body of knowledge for release that I call the Biology of Influence and the Science of Intentional Bio-Energetics. It will come out in the form of e-books, teleseminars, webinars, and more.

Grew up on a farm in Eastern Washington where I was very active in 4-H and community. Constantly involved in leadership and fundraising.
Started writing and selling ads for a local paper when I was 15 years old...which started me coaching businesspeople how to earn more money. I've been doing it ever since.
Worked for several different legislators in Olympia. I learned about our political, legislative and legal process. Wrote a college paper on How to Kill Bills.
Non-profit and education? Yes. I did that too. I managed the Bellingham-Whatcom County Visitor and Convention Bureau when we grew from a 1 room, no brochure, 1 employee and no volunteer organization to a 4 location, 360 plus brochure, 3 employee organization with 40 volunteers.
Assistant to the Tech Director at SPIE where I put together the very first conferences ever held where the scientists who build lasers and fibers that are used in surgery actually talk with the doctors who use this equipment. These conferences were held in Boston and paved the way for a whole new educational platform and income stream for SPIE.
Earlier in life I was a columnist for Appropos magazine, a free-lance writer for Panoramic Advertiser, and a business writer for Business Pulse (now called the Northwest Business Monthly.
Once I had a family, I started working with Mary Kay Cosmetics, then settled on a career in network marketing with Cell Tech (now Simplexity Health). I reached the top ranks of both leadership and earnings in that company. Changes in the company structure led me to become a consultant in the MLM industry and I consulted to Amazon Herb Company for several years rebuilding their leadership program. - Education

Train the Trainer I & II certifications from the Peak Potentials company, plus took all of Harv's Quantum program.
Professional courses with people like Brian Biro, Jim Britt, Jay Abraham, Ted Nicolas, Joe Sugarman, Randy Gage, Robert Allen, John Childers, and dozens more.
Two other standout programs were the Mastery of Self-Expression with Larry Gilman and the entire ARAS Foundation program with Bob Trask.
Was licensed as a real estate broker and sold residential, commercial and farm and land properties in Washington, and managed a marina in California.
Went to college at WSU and WWU.I paid my way as a Student Patrol Officer for two years, then decided I would be better off selling real estate and building a free enterprise future. It was a good choice.
